Qi meridians

I believe that the memory of our love is kept in our hearts. Any 19th-century English poet would agree. But that’s only the beginning. I believe that the complete trajectory of our happiness is stored in a 12-step path of our Qi meridians. Ancient Chinese monks may have understood this way of thinking. I simply observed it and thought it was so.

With your hand, tap the area over your heart 10–20 times (Pressure Point 1). Memories may arise, conversations you had or should have had, or you may simply feel a pleasant sense of physical well-being. Tap all the other pressure points from 2 to 12.
